Insight to Impact was designed from scratch as a cost-effective response to the new world of business.
Rather than a lecture, participants will engage in dialogue with the leading thinkers and like-minded peers.
Efforts from previous summits supported non-profits doing important work to alleviate the impact of the pandemic, in total raising over $160,000 for charities such as No Kid Hungry, The European Food Bank Federation, Kiva, and Give Directly. Insight to Impact will continue to change the world for the better by donating 10% of profits to charitable causes, including Adventure scholarships and supporting members pursuing social projects and entrepreneurs in the developing world.

It’s all about options. There isn’t one way, there are many ways. Tomorrow's leaders will need to anticipate the unknown and design business models, products, and services understanding that choice is a necessity.
Change is the norm. The plan is the plan until there is a new plan. Your True North and Vision may remain the same, but the journey will certainly not. Leaders will have to have the confidence and capability to change course. Pattern recognition and decisiveness is required.
It will be a leadership imperative to lead through ambiguity; to help others understand decisions, actions, tradeoffs and changes. The complex strategies will not automatically create loyalty. Celebrating little victories will bring others along with clarity, support and trust.
The more a leader is innately curious to listen and learn the better. The more they rely on others to think differently yields greater success. Surround yourself by diversity in all its sense- and absorb the unfamiliar to yield innovation, growth and pure genius.

No. All of the speakers help develop one or more of the learning objectives and competencies needed by leaders today. You may pick and choose or customize a sequence to your liking.
Yes. We can work with you and the speaker to arrange an additional live event (or live Q&A if you want to rebroadcast the recorded session).
We anticipate 10 events. Currently we have 7 confirmed adventures/speakers. Topics are selected by the audience based on what is timely and important, which is why we do not set the full years’ lineup right away.
