People want the tools and support to apply learning
People told us they don’t simply want more webinars or virtual events. In addition to top thought-leaders they want …
… all with the goal of making a difference in their companies, organizations, communities and lives.
Peer groups create accountability as participants translate insights into real impact.
In addition they want to have a positive social impact on the world.*
Insight to Impact is our response.
*10% of profits donated to charitable causes, scholarships, and support to member social projects
An interactive virtual program (or series of programs) led by world-renowned thought-leaders, supported by practical tools, peer groups, and a cutting-edge learning platform … designed to close the gap between insight and impact.
That’s where the Adventure begins. Over the next six weeks, participants engage with a cohort of peers, apply practical tools, and access a collaboration platform to track progress and ensure insights leap into practice.
Insight to Impact puts collaborative learning to work; it closes the gap between great ideas that can make a difference and the people who can make it happen.
*customizable for organizations with large internal groups
Designed for curious, life-long learners who want to impact their careers, organizations, and society.
By grouping participants into groups of their peers based on role level and intended application (e.g., large corporate transformation, new business launch, social program) we can ensure a personalized experience for a range of audiences including:
The Thinkers50 community of global thinkers gives us unique knowledge and access to the brightest business minds. We bring participants the best of the best. We call them our Pioneers.
People learn best through application, not lectures. Practice not pedagogy. Insight to Impact provides the community and support to help participants apply what they learn.
Insight to Impact was designed from scratch as a cost-effective response to the new world of business.
Rather than a lecture, participants will engage in dialogue with the leading thinkers and like-minded peers.
Efforts from previous summits supported non-profits doing important work to alleviate the impact of the pandemic, in total raising over $160,000 for charities such as No Kid Hungry, The European Food Bank Federation, Kiva, and Give Directly. Insight to Impact will continue to change the world for the better by donating 10% of profits to charitable causes, including Adventure scholarships and supporting members pursuing social projects and entrepreneurs in the developing world.
Participants will have an immersive learning experience where they are able to develop, test and enhance their leadership skills to prepare them to lead through catalytic change
It’s all about options. There isn’t one way, there are many ways. Tomorrow's leaders will need to anticipate the unknown and design business models, products, and services understanding that choice is a necessity.
Change is the norm. The plan is the plan until there is a new plan. Your True North and Vision may remain the same, but the journey will certainly not. Leaders will have to have the confidence and capability to change course. Pattern recognition and decisiveness is required.
It will be a leadership imperative to lead through ambiguity; to help others understand decisions, actions, tradeoffs and changes. The complex strategies will not automatically create loyalty. Celebrating little victories will bring others along with clarity, support and trust.
The more a leader is innately curious to listen and learn the better. The more they rely on others to think differently yields greater success. Surround yourself by diversity in all its sense- and absorb the unfamiliar to yield innovation, growth and pure genius.
Ignite enthusiasm in others. Truly bring out the collective purpose and the individual why. Be intentional in words, actions, and decisions. Have the courage to be authentic and transparent. Give to others freely with trust in good to yields results. Believe with passion.
Aware leaders take stock in pausing, listening, reflecting and embracing the quiet. Have patience to allow for the uncomfortable pause that empowers others. Admit the unknown. Appreciate the complexity and vulnerability of work and life integration.
Based on their goals and needs, participants can join a single Adventure, or go for a deep dive by joining several.
We don’t believe in passive learning. We believe people learn by doing.
The starting point is a live webinar to learn from and interact with a world-renowned thought-leader.
As well as a recording participants can view any time, they’ll have access to a treasure trove of resources and tools, plus self-guided or professionally facilitated peer group interactions through our unique community platform.
Implementation + accountability = impact.
