Karina Reyes has spent her career building expertise in online education and product development. She has worked as an operations manager, a newspaper editor, a literature teacher and a product manager, honing her passion and expertise in delivering quality products and creating streamlined processes in diverse environments. She is multi-lingual and loves new learning opportunities and adventures.

Zachary Ness is the Chief of Staff of the Outthinker Network, a network of EVP, SVP, and C-level heads of strategy from Fortune 500 companies. Before joining Outthinker, Zach worked for a medical technology company that designs tools to increase clinic efficiency in developing countries. Zach also co-founded a start-up that has created a healthier and safer alternative to traditional tobacco products.
Kami Bond is an advisor for the learning design of Insight to Impact. She is the founder and CEO of the Bond Talent Group and has held numerous senior learning and development roles at companies like GE Healthcare (Director, Executive & Talent Development), Aon Hewitt (Global Head of Talent), and Cielo Talent (SVP, People & Culture). A recognized expert in adult learning design, she holds an MS in Learning & Organization Change from Northwestern University and a BS in Human Resources from the University of Delaware.
Shannon Wallis is an advisor for learning design of Insight to Impact, with a particular focus on the peer group and coaching model. She is the founder of Cascade Leadership and the former Global Director of High Potential Leadership at Microsoft. Prior to Microsoft, she focused on organizational effectiveness at Coca-Cola. She is a deep expert in peer learning circles and group coaching, with certificates in Hogan Assessments, Core Values Index, and numerous other tools and approaches. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Human Development & Social Policy from Northwestern University.
Ellie Gates is an advisor for the learning design of Insight to Impact. She is the former Senior Director of Global Talent Development at Box and Head of Enterprise Learning, Leadership and Performance Management Programs at Adobe. She is the founder and CEO of LeadershipTechne and Professor in the School of Business at SAGU (Southwestern Assemblies of God University). She holds an MBA and MA in Global Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University, Masters in Divinity from SAGU, and a BA in Psychology from California Lutheran University.

Dave Hagerty is Founder and President of Berkshire Leadership Partners, which specializes in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching.
Dave has over 40 years of business experience working with Fortune 500 clients at all levels in the areas of leadership development, senior team facilitation, executive coaching and organization consulting. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Stace began her career as a developer of software that controlled the power generation network for Colorado’s largest electric utility. Her first leadership role took her so far outside her comfort and skill levels that she set out on what became an ongoing quest to study and apply leadership. On her own journey, she discovered a deeply‐rooted passion for helping others grow. Stace founded or co‐founded two successful consulting firms, one focused on leadership excellence, the other on business analysis and software requirements development. Outside of work, one of her most fulfilling roles was serving as a volunteer ski instructor for 15 consecutive seasons to young people with autism/autism‐spectrum disorders at the National Sports Center for the Disabled.
Since 1990, Stace has worked with respected organizations across 5 continents, 17 countries, and industries including aerospace, biopharma, defense, energy, finance, healthcare, insurance, technology, and telecom. During the past decade, she has focused on coaching with executives and senior leaders (leaders of leaders) to accelerate progress on significant business initiatives and organizational transformations.
